Martha Stewart is sharing the recipe to her unmistakable glow.
In case you're out of the loop when it comes to her social media presence, the 81-year-old has been known to cause quite a stir online by posting a sultry selfie or two.
Case in point, when the Martha Stewart Living alum shared yet another head-turning pic of herself to Instagram on April 5, one person just may have spoken for all when they commented, "What the f are you doing? How are you looking this amazing?"
That's when Martha replied by sharing some elements from her daily routine, writing, "Eating very well, Pilates three x week. Horseback ride at least once a week. No smoking. Little drinking Green juice daily."
And for those who are looking for a more in-depth breakdown of the routine she's held near and dear, not to worry, we've got you covered since her latest selfie comes just weeks after she spilled all the tea.
"I have healthy eating habits, very healthy," she exclusively told E! News' Francesca Amiker in late March. "Every day I start with a delicious green juice and I grow the vegetables myself. I have a vegetable greenhouse right here in my farm and during the summer, of course, the vegetables are grown outside in the garden."
But, as Martha explained, putting a little pep in her step also remains key.
"Even before I drink the green juice, I've been to the Pilates studio with my trainer, Janice," she continued. "So, this is where I go at 6:30 in the morning, it's nice."
As for skin care, the TV personality sticks to a few cardinal rules.
"Well, I never go to bed with my makeup on," she shared. "I cleanse myself extremely well with a cleansing oil, a warm cloth and get all signs of makeup off and then I put on a lot of stuff. I do hyaluronic acid, I put on very rich creams, I do vitamin C, I do peptides. These are my favorite kinds of things to put on my skin."
But as to the secret behind her snaps? Martha chalks them up not only getting the best light, but also feeling your best too.
"You can always sort of feel the good light, I get that sixth sense," she joked. "You have to look good. I mean, you can't do a thirst trap without looking sort of good."
And if you're wondering whether she's eager to show some skin this summer, Martha promises she has a trick or two up a sleeve next month.
"Just wait, wait until May," she told Francesca, adding that she's planning "something big."
